Biography
Drawing upon my diverse educational background and extensive professional experience, I am enthusiastic about the opportunity to contribute my skills and knowledge to further the success of a forward-thinking organization. My academic journey began with a Bachelor of Science in Finance from California State University, Northridge, where I honed my analytical skills and gained a comprehensive understanding of financial principles. The pursuit of excellence led me to Brunel University London, where I completed a Master of Science in Management with merit. My thesis, "The Impact of Social Entrepreneurship on Community Development," underscored my commitment to leveraging business principles for societal benefit. Currently, I’m doing my PhD in Norwich Business School, in Management CSR. Throughout my career, I have demonstrated a profound ability to adapt and excel in various roles. My tenure as an Adjunct at the Arab Open University in Kuwait allowed me to share my knowledge and passion for business and law with future leaders to emphasize the practical application of employment and labor laws within the Kuwaiti context and beyond.
