Biography
Bibhuti Bhusan Nayak is a political scientist researching around four closely interrelated and mutually guiding programmes i.e. i) public policy and sustainability, ii) right to information and freedom of information iii) local governance and iv) local development administration. The regional focus of his research is on the class, gender and urban bias in the Right to Information Act, Government of India and Odisha. He is a Senior Research Scholar in the Department of Public Administration, Utkal University, India. He is in the final stage of his doctoral research on information and governance.
