Description
Félix Hernández is a Senior Researcher at the Economics and Geography Institute, which belongs to the National Research Council of Spain. He is also the Spanish representative in the Intergovernment Pannel of Climate Change (IPPC). He is an expert in renewable energy and climate change issues. His current research interests focus on the interaction between emissions trading and the Kyoto flexible mechanism. He has been involved in several EU and national projects and has published his work in international journals.
