Biography
Ira Nugerahani is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Food Technology, Widya Mandala Surabaya Catholic University. She is the Head of Food Microbiology Laboratory. She is a Member of Indonesian Association of Food Technologists. She has teaching experiences in food microbiology and traditional fermented food as well as research, training and publication in the area of food technology.
