Biography
Krista Sykes, PhD, is the founder of Architecture In Context, a firm that provides research and writing services for architecture, engineering, and construction professionals. An established author of books and articles, she has been involved with the design industry for 15 years. She leads research workshops for A/E/C professionals, and she has served as university faculty, presenter, panellist, lecturer, and visiting critic for a variety of institutions including the Rhode Island School of Design, Boston Architectural College, UNC Charlotte, and Cornell. Krista earned a BA in architecture from PrincetonUniversity and a PhD in architectural history and theory from Harvard University.
