Biography
Dr. Pravin Singare completed his Bachelors degree in Chemistry (1994), Masters degree in Inorganic Chemistry (1997) and Ph.D. (Chemistry) from Mumbai University (1999). He has 10 years of Industrial experience in Process Development and Research. He is expert in concentration of multimetal sulfide ore by froath flotation technique and subsequent analysis by various instrumental methods. He has worked with Sikkim Mining Corporation, Sikkim, India on the project related to the concentration of Cu/Pb/Zn sulfide ores. He is presently working as an Assistant Professor in Chemistry at Bhavan's College, Andheri, Mumbai. He has guided 15 students for their M.Phil.degree in Chemistry. He has presented 16 research papers in various National and International level conferences. He is having 78 research papers in various referred Chemical Journals out of which 27 papers are published in International Journals and 51 research papers in National Journals. His research areas of interest are Radioanalytical Nuclear Chemistry, Ion exchange techniques, Polymer degradation studies, Environmental analysis, Trace elemental analysis in medicinal plants by INAA and AAS techniques. He is the member of Indian Society of Analytical Scientists, National Association for Application of Radio Isotopes and Radiation in Industry (NAARI), Indian Nuclear Society, Bhabha Atomic Research Centre, (B.A.R.C.), Anushaktinagar, Mumbai, and Indian Council of Chemists, Agra, India. His credentials have earned a place in 2009, 26th edition of MARQUIS WHO's WHO IN THE WORLD, USA. He was also awarded with the title IBC Top 100 Scientist 2009, by The International Biographical Centre.
