Description
Ernest G. Kitindi is a Senior Lecturer in accounting and auditing. Prior to coming to Botswana, he taught at the University of Dar es Salaam for more than ten years. His main research interests are in applications of agency theory, reporting practices of small and micro-enterprises, public accountability and corporate governance, and performance enhancement and evaluation. He has published widely in both local and international scholarly journals.
