Mubarak Saeed Almansoori, a 24-year-old Human Resources Management student at Liwa College, is dedicated to understanding workplace dynamics and fostering organizational success. Born and raised in Alain, UAE, I has always been passionate about creating positive environments where employees can thrive.
At Liwa College, I always try to excel academically and actively participate in HR clubs and industry seminars. These experiences, combined with internships at Emirates Link nitco Co. L.L.C , have provided me with valuable insights into recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
Beyond academics, I am eager to volunteer for the World Association for Sustainable Development Conference. This opportunity aligns with my passion to sustainability and desire to contribute to global efforts in creating sustainable futures.
