Biography
Raphaëlle Faure is a researcher in the Centre for Aid and Public Expenditure (CAPE). Her interests and expertise relate to EU development cooperation policy; EU external relations and institutional affairs; and, development agencies institutional setups. Prior to joining CAPE, she worked at ODI as project officer for the preparation of the 2012 and 2013 editions of the European Report on Development. Before joining ODI, she worked for the Agence Française de Développement (AFD) where she was the project coordinator for the blog Ideas for Development and part of a team running an international consultation on post-2015. Raphaëlle holds an MA in European and International Law from the University of Grenoble and an MA in EU International Relations and Diplomacy from the College of Europe in Bruges.
