Biography
Richard Hutson has completed a BSc in Human Nutrition from the University of Westminster, London. The work reported in this study is based on research carried out for his final year project as part of the undergraduate study. His main areas of research interest lie in weight loss and maternal and infant nutrition, and he hopes to expand knowledge into this field and go on to study for a PhD in the future.
