Biography
Dr Souad Mohamed is a senior academic with over eleven years’ experience in Higher Education teaching on various courses related to Business Management at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. She currently holds three key roles at the University of Westminster as a Senior Lecturer of Business Information and Knowledge Management, the Leader of International Projects Group for the School of Applied Management, and the Middle East Representative for Westminster Business School. She leads on subjects such as Knowledge Innovation Management, Global Business Communications, Leading the Knowledge based Organisations and Web-enabled Business. Souad teaches across undergraduate and postgraduate courses and has supervised many research projects in topics related to Business Management and Knowledge Management. She is known as Westminster Business School’s expert in social science research methods in general, and qualitative approaches in particular. Henceforth she was selected to develop, deliver and lead an overseas research methods collaborative doctoral programme for the University of Westminster in London and Haaga-Helia in Helsinki. Dr Souad Mohamed has undertaken her leadership development in the Leadership Foundation for Higher Education. Dr Souad has significant leadership experience and effective management skills gained through executive roles: Chairperson, Board of Trustees, Advisor to Board of Directors, Governor, National Curriculum Co-ordinator, International Projects Group Leader, Module Leader, Programme Co-ordinator, and Information Communication Technology Manager. She has extensive expertise in leading, managing and monitoring multiple projects and programmes in parallel.
