Dr. Uzma Javed is an Assistant Professor and Chair of HRM at Effat University, Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. She obtained a PhD degree from Cardiff University, which allow her to work as a corporate trainer and consultant. Her training interests are Planning and performing academic or organizational research, Train researchers and managers on data and feedback collection methods, Provide training in contemporary data analytic tools with the help of data processing software such as SPSS, R, and MPlus to analyse survey or feedback data and Interpreting obtained results for policymaking. Dr. Uzma Javed specialities are Human Resource Management, Work environment and employees attitudes, well-being and turnover, Communication and feedback in organizations, Education and training programs for poverty alleviation, Research methods, Meta-Analysis, Structural Equation Modeling and Softwares for data analysis: SPSS, R, AMOS, MPlus.
