Biography
Dr Bashair holds the position of a Consultant for The Quality of Educational Programs in Higher Education, at the Education and Training Evaluation Commission in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. She is a Professor of Educational Evaluation at Majmaah University. She holds both Master’s and Doctorate degrees from the University of East Anglia in the United Kingdom, and holds an Expert License in Implementing the United Nations goals in sustainable development.
