Biography
Dr. Carol-Ann Tetrault Sirsly brings considerable executive management experience to her sustainability research. Currently a tenured assistant professor at the Sprott School of Business, Carleton University, she teaches ethics, strategy and sustainable business development in the MBA programme, providing practical insights to the application of underlying theories to strategy implementation. Having led numerous change initiatives, as well as managing large operating groups, she bridges the organizational vision with the realities of the need to obtain employee engagement to achieve objectives. She has published in Business & Society, Corporate Governance, Journal of Management History and Journal of Management and Governance.
