Over 12 years' experience in Lecturer - Social science & humanitarian Aid and development programs, Youth and adolescents, education, child protection, and disaster risk reduction (DDR). Greatly focused on strategic implementation of lectures for students and conducting tutorial sessions, seminars and laboratory classes, practical demonstrations, innovative and effective fieldwork, (classes from undergraduate to postgraduate level). And supervise students' research activities & carry out administrative tasks related to the department. Professional expertise in representation; and coordination with internal and external actors and clusters: including Donors, UN agencies, NGOs, local government authorities, and community leaders. Highly competent in the design and development of effective approaches, methods, and practices in project management, monitoring, and evaluations.
