Lina Hastuti is a lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Airlangga University. She teaches undergraduate and postgraduate studies in the faculty. for Undergraduate, she is responsible for the module: International Law, International Humanitarian Law, Diplomatic and Consular Law, International Organizational Law, and International Criminal Law. Meanwhile, for Masters, the subjects taught are International Humanitarian Law and the Use of International Violence and Crime. She has been conducted research on the area of International Law, International Humanitarian Law, Diplomatic and Consular Law, International Organizational Law, and International Criminal Law. Her recent paper has been published, were: Legal Protection for Indonesian Workers After Ratifying the 2006 MLC (2019) and Diplomacy 4.0: Overview of the Regulatory Model of Cybersecurity, Cyber Risk Management and Protection of Trans-Border Data Flows (TBDF) (2020). For publications, including Enforceability Of International Humanitarian Law In Armed Conflict At Present (2016), Illegal fishing as a Trans-National Organized Crime [La Pesca Illegal como Crimen Organizado Transactional] (2020), and Application of Distinction Principle Between Civil and Military Objects in Indonesia (2020).
