Biography
My name is Mawada H. Gadkarim, and I am a finance professional, researcher, and university lecturer committed to supporting sustainable development through strong financial governance, academic research, and institutional capacity building. I have over ten years of experience in financial management, business development, strategic planning, and performance analysis across leading organizations in Sudan, where I contributed to strengthening financial systems, improving cash flow management, and supporting long-term business planning.
As a lecturer at the University of Khartoum, I focus on developing analytical and managerial capabilities in future professionals and supporting knowledge transfer essential to sustainable development. I am also pursuing a Doctorate of Business Administration, examining Fintech risks, benefits, and their impact on banks’ performance—an area deeply relevant to financial inclusion, resilience, and digital transformation in developing economies.
I am currently pursuing a Doctorate of Business Administration focusing on Fintech risks, benefits, and their effects on banks’ performance, reflecting my interest in digital transformation, financial inclusion, and resilience in developing countries.
