For over 20 years, I have been a key figure in human capacity building and development within the ICT sector. I have played a crucial role in formulating and implementing several national strategies for ICT human capacity development. My efforts extend to African, Arab, and United Nations levels, where she has established strategic partnerships with organizations such as UNDP and UN Women. These collaborations focus on preparing and qualifying human resources, fostering sustainable development, and empowering communities through technology and education. I hold a Master's in Business Administration from ESLSCA University, along with certifications in quality, leadership, digital marketing, and coaching. My dedication to sustainable development and community empowerment is evident through her work in digital transformation and international relations, making significant impacts in enhancing operational efficiency and aligning training initiatives with global technological trends. Fluent in Arabic and English, I continue to drive impactful initiatives across diverse sectors.
