I have requisite knowledge of quantitative research methods, qualitative research methods, and mixed-method approaches and undertaking credible fieldwork with Researchers both in the Academia and Industry. I participated in two PhD Academy organised by Global and African Network for the Economics of Learning, Innovation, and Competence Building Systems in Morocco and South Africa in 2018. Also participated as PhD scholar at the International and Interdisciplinary Research School for PhD Students and Postdocs Organized by ISSER – Institute of Statistical Social and Economic Research, Accra, Ghana, and Ruhr University Bochum, Germany January 12 to February 2nd 2019. My research areas are human resource management, innovation studies, and entrepreneurship, I am running PhD Economics programme at the University of Lagos. BSc, MSc Economics; Masters of Business Administration.
