Biography
I am a First Class Honours graduate of University College London with a global outlook shaped by living across Europe, North America, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East over the past five years. My interests lie in global development and social policy, with a particular focus on education, refugee displacement, economic inequality, and tax justice in the global South.
I am especially drawn to roles that combine research, strategic communications, and programme implementation, particularly within international organisations, NGOs, and policy institutes. My undergraduate thesis examined the intersection of social mobility, ethnic capital, and education policy in marginalised communities.
In 2024, I conducted fieldwork in Uganda with a local NGO, evaluating WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene) initiatives and exploring sustainable approaches to girls’ education. Previously, I contributed to a national report on the United Kingdom’s progress on SDG 11, in partnership with the United Nations Youth Platform Association UK.
