I am Rupali Parashar, Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) Scholar  at Rushford Business School, Switzerland, an aviation executive and researcher with over 23 years of leadership in aircraft fleet management, engineering, and continuing airworthiness oversight. My career spans frontline technical roles to executive authority, beginning as a Quality Control Inspector at Indamer Aviation, advancing to Aircraft Maintenance Engineer at Air Deccan, and later serving as Shift Manager/Chief Engineer – Line Maintenance at Go Airlines India, where I managed Airbus A320 fleet operations, inductions at Airbus Toulouse, and crisis recoveries during AOG events. Since 2011, I have held senior leadership roles at Reliance Industries, culminating in my position as Vice President – Engineering (Aviation), where I directed line and base maintenance for a diversified fleet, acted as Owner’s Representative for high‑value acquisitions from Boeing, Airbus, Bombardier, and Embraer, and chaired VIP cabin interior design governance with Principal and leading outfitters such as Jet Aviation Basel and Dassault. I also served as Nominated Post Holder – CAMO, ensuring compliance with DGCA and CAR‑M standards while maintaining regulator confidence. My leadership is defined by Accountable Manager authority, with competencies in Safety Management Systems, regulatory compliance, CAMO governance, fleet strategy, financial accountability, MRO contract governance, and crisis response leadership. Academically, I hold a B.Sc., an MBA in Project Management, and a qualification in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering, and I am currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) at Rushford Business School, Switzerland, focusing on aviation management, operational excellence, and IT leadership integration. With a proven record of delivering operational resilience, cost efficiency, and strategic fleet expansion, I continue to contribute to the advancement of General management while exploring the intersection of technology, psychology, and leadership
