Biography
Enterprise optimisation leader and DBA researcher in digital transformation leadership. Chuks Anochie is an enterprise optimisation leader and DBA researcher with close to twenty years of experience directing large-scale change across Lean and Six Sigma, ERP delivery, Scaled Agile, DevOps, FinOps, and AI-native systems. He has directed AI transformation programmes in the UK and the UAE and held senior roles at Infosys Consulting and Capgemini Invent, working with BP, HSBC, Pfizer, and the UK Government.
His DBA at Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University, examines the leadership behaviours through which UK senior executives convert technology investment into business outcomes. He co-founded DecIQ, a decision governance firm.
