Biography

Quazi Tafsirul Islam, based in Bangladesh, is a dedicated Faculty Member at North South University. With a passion for knowledge spanning various fields, he's an internationally certified and proficient Trainer, accomplished Academic, and seasoned Researcher. With over a decade of expertise in HR, Organizational Development, Banking, Investment, and Relationship Management, he brings a wealth of experience to the table. He is not just an academic professional but also a fervent advocate for Sustainable Development Goal SDG 8 & SDG 12. He actively engages in efforts to raise awareness and influence policy changes related to SDGs and Sustainability issues.

In addition to his academic and advocacy work, he is considered to be a pioneer in case study research and teaching case studies in Bangladesh and the South Asian region. He's a respected published author and researcher, boasting a portfolio of over 30 articles published in high-impact journals, renowned publishers, and national dailies. As a skilled Management Consultant, he has worked with diverse organizations, including local firms, multinational corporations (MNCs), and international non-governmental organizations (INGOs), offering his expertise in areas such as learning, HR, and Cultural Audits.
