Biography

Hanaa Mahmoud Sid Ahmed received a PhD degree in Economics (2006). She is currently an assistant professor of Economics, at the College of Economics and Business Administration, University of Technology and Applied Sciences, Oman. Her research interests focus on economic development and environmental economics. Dr. Sid Ahmed has published numerous papers in reputable journals indexed in Scopus and has served as a reviewer for many prestigious conferences, and journals. She also led the research department at her college until 2018.
