Biography
Dr. Mohamed Elzain is a professional Lawyer and legal advisor with thirty years of experience in multilateral legal, International, regional and national institutions. The major strengths include legal advice at a high and medium level in all areas at the academic and practical level, the most important of which is the good preparation of legal memoranda at the level of prosecution or defence, with a high ability to present arguments and proofs and a superior ability to defend them. Another acquired strength include successful negotiation in all civil and commercial cases, Investment in agriculture, livestock, industry or mining, and infrastructure projects within the country or between countries, as well as in banking matters and intellectual property, copyright. More important is the direct involvement and practical experience in the drafting legal agreements between governments and warring factions in achieving cessation of ceasefire, followed by, security and military arrangements and the delivery of humanitarian aid, as well as peace-making and peacekeeping. On the other hand, he commands deep knowledge and linking issues of peace, Human Rights and sustainable development, with the ability to forge and manage effective partnership and networking between renowned specialized
institutions, policy makers and renowned experts involved in development, Human Rights, strategic planning, restructuring, reform programs and management.
