Shatha Alqurashi (Red Sea Global) KSA

Shatha Alqurashi is Planning and Engagement Associate Director in the Red Sea Global (RSG), the developer behind The Red Sea and Amaala, two ambitious tourism projects set along the north-western coast of Saudi Arabia. These destinations will play key roles in the realization of Vision 2030, the Kingdom’s blueprint for economic diversification and sustainable development.

Shatha is focused on planning and executing community outreach programs that focuses on up-skilling the local community and empower them to contribute to the development of RSG project area. During her time with RSG, Shatha has conceptualized, developed, delivered, and overseen a series of community program including the first ever planting initiative in collaboration with the local community known as the Red Sea Thrive, OSHA Training for 60 trainees, Sustainable Art and beach clean-up for families in Alwajah, English for Tourism Program with a total of 2602 trainees, Red Sea Traditional Wooden Sailboats Restoration Initiative, and the Red Sea Classic Sailing Race 2024.
