Biography
Basheer is a civil engineer specializing in CFD, water resources.. He received his B.Sc. from the University of Anbar in 2003, and his M.Sc. in 2010 from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia and his PhD from The University of Leeds/UK in 2018. He was a senior lecturer at the University of Anbar. He currently works as a researcher at the Upper Euphrates developing center at the University of Anbar.
