Dr. Elwasila Mukhtar Mohamed Elwasila is the Head Department of Agricultural Extension and Rural Development, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Khartoum. He holds a PhD in Agricultural Extension and Rural Development from University of Khartoum in September 2006. He is teaching MSc courses of Research methods, Adoption and diffusion of innovations, SAS packages for experimental design and Computer science to. Students of different faculties.
