Biography
Dr. Manjula, Assistant Professor in the HR & OB area at ICFAI Business School, is a seasoned academician with over 15 years of experience in teaching, research, training, and industry practice across India and North America. Her expertise spans Human Resource Management, HR Analytics, Talent Management, Organizational Behavior, Employee Performance, and Strategic Management. With professional experience in organizations such as Randstad, Tech Mahindra, and Unique Inflatable Limited, she brings strong industry-academia integration to her work. Dr. Manjula has published research in reputed Scopus, ABDC, and UGC-indexed journals, co-authored two books, and holds an Indian patent. Her current research increasingly focuses on Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and Indian Knowledge Systems (IKS), particularly in the areas of sustainable HR practices, ethical leadership, inclusive workplaces, and human-centered organizational development. Through her research and academic contributions, she aims to promote socially responsible management education aligned with global sustainability and indigenous knowledge perspectives.
