Biography
Dr. Prabha Kiran is an academic and innovation-driven educator based at the School of Business and Economics, Westminster International University in Tashkent. As the Head of the Business Case Center, Dr. Kiran leads initiatives focused on case-based learning, design thinking, innovation, and industry-academia collaboration within the Central Asian region.
With extensive experience in international marketing management, curriculum development, and experiential learning, Dr. Kiran has developed and delivered interdisciplinary modules in Digital Marketing, Design Thinking, Neuromarketing, Artificial Intelligence, and Case-Based Learning. Their work emphasizes solving real-world business challenges through creativity, critical thinking, and collaborative problem-solving.
Dr. Kiran’s research and professional interests focus on sustainable business innovation, responsible AI integration in education and business, consumer behavior, digital transformation, experiential learning, entrepreneurship ecosystems, and industry-academia collaboration. Their work particularly explores how emerging economies and transitional markets can leverage innovation and collaborative learning to build resilient and sustainable business environments.
Dr. Kiran actively contributes to projects aligned with the United Nations. Through research, mentoring, conferences, and collaborative initiatives, Dr. Kiran continues to promote meaningful dialogue between academia, industry, and society while supporting sustainable innovation and future-ready education systems.
