Biography
Demonstrated leadership in 22 years of project and portfolio management, delivering complex, cross-sectoral projects across national and international platforms. Over 16 years of specialized expertise in climate change policy and implementation with a strong track record in the development and coordination of national reporting instruments such as Nationally Determined Contributions (NDC 1.0, 2.0, 3.0), Long-Term Low Emission Development Strategies (LT-LEDS), Biennial Update Reports (BUR1 and 2), National Communications (NC3) and National Adaptation Plan (NAP) under the UNFCCC framework and National Biodiversity Strategies and Action Plans (NBSAP). Experience working in diverse areas such as energy, buildings, transport, public health (air pollution and non-communicable diseases) and pasture carbon. Extensive expertise in cross-cutting areas: institutional arrangements, climate finance, technology assessment, gender equality, and youth engagement. Extensive experience working with a broad spectrum of stakeholders, including government agencies, multilateral organizations, financial institutions, and civil society.
