Biography
Design and implement the performance management system in the organization to measure the internal performance and the realized outcomes of the strategy in the Western Region of Abu Dhabi, through a set of strategic and operational KPIs.
Contribute in the strategic planning and annual planning activities.
Prepare the quarterly performance reports including KPIs and initiatives and analyze performance and the corrective actions.
Responsible about the implementation of the Abu Dhabi Award for Excellence in Government Performance. Responsibilities include providing training to staff and write-up of the award submission document and preparation for the site visit.
Responsible about the ISO9001 quality standards implementation and certification project
Provide advice to senior management on strategy and performance management.
Supervise the process of cascading down the corporate strategy to the sectors and divisions through the development of operational KPIs and linking them to the strategic measures.

Analyse the corporate performance on regular bases and provide feedback and advise about the areas for improvement to senior management
Participate in the development of the corporate strategy
Coordinate with the Department of Municipal Affairs in the development of the Municipal System on behalf of ADM.
Spread strategic knowledge and awareness across the organisation
Overlook the performance of a portfolio of more than 300 projects
Supervise the preparation of monthly performance reports and quarterly reports to ADGSEC and until reports are entered in the PMS and analyze the performance at the level of KPIs, initiatives and strategic priorities.
Supervise, train and coach a team of more than 10 UAE nationals in performance management
Participate in the deployment of the organisational excellence model (ADAEP/EFQM)
Managed the development of the Performance Management processes through the Business Process Re-engineering project.
Working on a research project funded by United Arab Emirates National Research Foundation and the Project Management Institute (PMI). The research aims to identify and characterise the relationships between learning processes, dynamic capabilities, knowledge management and project management resource assets. A micro-practice approach is adopted. My role in the research group is the research methods expert. The international research group includes members from prominent universities and professional organisations including NASA.
