Biography
Dr Khalil T Hassan is a staff member (lecturer) and a researcher with a strong interest in nanoscience and advanced materials. He has joined the Physics Department, College of Science, in December 2003. He is currently researching aerogel synthesis, superinsulative materials manufacturing, graphene oxide, graphene and nanomaterials.
Dr Khalil took his PhD, on Nanoscience and Advanced Materials, at Newcastle University under the supervision of Professor Lidija Siller.
