Biography
Prof. Dr. Arshi Naim is recognized among the Top 2% Scientists globally by Stanford University and Elsevier, is a distinguished academic with over 23 years of experience in business management, digital marketing, higher education, quality assurance, and academic leadership. She holds a Ph.D. in Business Management, an MBA in Marketing Management, and an Honors in Economics from Aligarh Muslim University, India. A prolific researcher, she has published 115+ Scopus-indexed papers in high impact journals and contributed to academic books with leading publishers such as Wiley, Springer, Elsevier, Emerald, Taylor & Francis, IGI Global, Nova Science, and Bentham Science.
Dr. Arshi is a recognized e-learning expert and curriculum developer with a strong background in instructional design and digital pedagogy. She served for 14 years as Head of Quality Programs at King Khalid University, Saudi Arabia, driving major institutional and program accreditations. Currently, she holds key academic positions as Professor of Business Management at the European Global Institute of Innovation and Technology, Malta, and Professor (Research Supervision) at INTI International University, Malaysia, and Rushford Business School, Switzerland. She collaborates with universities across the Middle East, Southeast Asia, India, Europe, Australia, the USA, and the UK in academic consulting and research supervision. A certified Quality Matters (QM, USA) Master Reviewer and Peer Reviewer, she also holds international certifications in project management (Oxford Home University), entrepreneurship (Harvard University), and digital marketing (Accenture, UK). She is also actively engaged in global academic networks where she plays a strategic role in international education and policy through WASD.
