Biography

I am a professor for soil degradation and land management at Wageningen University. Educated as an agronomist at the universities of Giessen, Gottingen and Bonn in Germany, I am interested in the impact of agro-pollutants on ecosystem and human health. I am coordinating the large-scale European projects SPRINT and MINAGRIS, dealing with the impact of pesticides and microplastics on global health.
