Biography

Dr. Aditi Mathur is Assistant Professor (HRD) at the Institute of Agri Business Management, Swami Keshwanand Rajasthan Agricultural University, Bikaner, since 2012. She has over 24 years of experience in teaching and training. Prior to her academic role, she was a freelance trainer, counselor, and founder of Radianz Institute of Personality Enrichment, and led social initiatives as President of the Radianz NGO. Dr. Mathur holds an MBA (MDSU), PhD (HRM, Banasthali Vidyapith), MPhil (Madurai Kamaraj University), and MA in Psychology (IGNOU). Her teaching interests include training and development, business communication, behavioral science, HRM, and counseling. She has contributed to national-level projects and curriculum development in Agri Business Management. Four PhD scholars have completed research under her guidance. She actively mentors postgraduates, engages in innovative pedagogy, and manages administrative responsibilities. Her academic work includes research papers, book chapters, and two authored books.
