Biography
I have a long history of working with college students, evaluating their work and helping them succeed in and out of the classroom. I have worked as Assistant Professor, Associate Professor and Head of the Department in the Department of Business Administration, Annai Velankanni College, Tholayavattam, Kanyakumari District from 16-6-2008 to 5-9-2022. At present I am working as Assistant Professor in the Department of Management Studies, SRM University, Ramapuram from 29.9.2022 to Till Date.
Specialized Skills: Conducting Skill Development Training, Excellent Class Management, Efficient-on-Stage Presentation, Implementing Innovative Techniques in Teaching and Training, Management Information System and Case Analysis.
Achievement: Acted as Resource person in Seminars, Guest Lecturer, Judge in Symposium and Cultural Events, Published Eight Articles in reputed UGC Journals, Presented Eight papers in National and International Conferences, Served as Board of Studies Member in Autonomous College, Worked as Head of the Department and NSS Programme Officer.
