Dr. M. Franklin is an Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Management at SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Kattankulathur. With over 16 years of teaching experience, he specializes in Finance and Business Management. He holds a Ph.D. in Management from Bharathiar University, an M.Phil from Madurai Kamaraj University, and an MBA (Finance)
from Manonmaniam Sundaranar University. He has qualified the TN-SET in Management and has published in Scopus and UGC-CARE journals, focusing on E-banking and consumer behavior. Dr. Franklin has presented papers at national conferences and actively participates in faculty development programs. His teaching areas include Financial Management, Strategic HRM, and Business Research. He has held roles such as NBA Coordinator, Academic HOD, and Assistant Placement Officer. Passionate about teaching and research, he continues to contribute meaningfully to academia.
