Biography
Manvi Kalra is a PhD Scholar in Organizational Behaviour and Human Resource Management. Her research focuses on artificial intelligence in HR, employee perceptions of workplace technologies, gender equity, and algorithmic bias in organizational systems. She is particularly interested in how AI-enabled HR practices influence fairness, inclusion, and employee experiences in contemporary workplaces.
