Biography
Dr. Santosh B.R is an accomplished academician with over two decades of teaching experience in the fields of Human Resource Management and Finance. He holds a PhD in International Human Resource Management from Anna University, Chennai, India and currently serves as Professor and Head of the Department of Commerce at Manipal Academy of Higher Education, Bengaluru. With a strong commitment to academic excellence, Dr. Santosh B.R plays a key role in curriculum planning and instructional design, actively contributing to the development of innovative teaching-learning strategies. He has authored three well-received textbooks in Human Resource Management and published numerous research articles in reputed national and international journals. Dr. Santosh also serves on the editorial boards of several prestigious international journals, reflecting his standing in the academic community. His current research interests span across capacity building, employee engagement, organizational commitment, sustainable business practices, investor psychology and Algorithmic and high-frequency trading
