Biography

Thamburaj Anthuvan is Senior Vice President at USV Pvt. Ltd., Mumbai, where he leads Marketing, Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE), Learning & Development (L&D), and digital transformation. He is a Ph.D. scholar at PCET’s S.B. Patil Institute of Management, affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University, with research focused on pharmaceutical marketing, AI governance, behavioral strategy, and sustainability. With over two decades of industry experience, he has published in Advances in Therapy, Journal of Diabetology, and AI and Ethics. He serves as a peer reviewer for PLOS ONE and the UK’s National Institute for Health Research (NIHR), and sits on editorial boards of ABDC- and Scopus-indexed journals. Thamburaj’s work bridges strategy and execution, promoting responsible AI adoption, sustainable healthcare practices, and marketing innovation.
