Biography
Alhadi Saputra is a Senior Researcher at the Public Policy Research Center (PRKP), under the Research Organization for Governance, Economy, and Public Welfare (OR TKPEKM), National Research and Innovation Agency (BRIN). He is currently part of the Public Management and Innovation Research Group.
Born in Bekasi City, West Java, he completed his elementary to junior high school education in Bekasi City, and attended senior high school in South Tambun District, Bekasi Regency. He pursued his undergraduate studies in Informatics Engineering at the Faculty of Information Technology, Gunadarma University, Jakarta, and was later awarded a G-CIO (Government-Chief Information Officer) scholarship by the Ministry of Communication and Informatics to continue his Master’s degree in Information Technology at the University of Indonesia, Jakarta.
His career began when he was accepted as a Civil Servant at LAPAN (National Institute of Aeronautics and Space), serving as a Junior Researcher at the Center for Space Science Utilization, LAPAN-Bandung. He then moved to Jakarta to become a Young Researcher at the Center for Aerospace Studies, LAPAN-Jakarta. He was later appointed as Head of the Information and Communication Technology Governance Division at the Center for ICT in Aerospace, LAPAN-Jakarta. Since 2020, he has resumed his role as a functional researcher.
His current research interests focus on public sector management and innovation, particularly in areas related to governance and management of Information and Communication Technology (ICT).
