Biography

Azmi Shawkat Abdulbaqi is an academic researcher at the Renewable Energy Center, at Anbar University. He received his B.Sc. degree from the University of Technology, Baghdad, in 1991. He received his master's degree in digital image processing from Anbar University in 2003 and his Ph.D. in digital signal processing from UPSI University, Malaysia, in 2021. Dr. Abdulbaqi has conducted extensive academic research across various fields, including digital image processing (DIP), digital signal processing (DSP), the Internet of Things (IoT), the Internet of Medical Things (IoMT), cloud computing, embedded systems, and Telemedicine
