Biography
Dr. Alina Ntsiapane is a multi-international award-winning agricultural specialist with a PhD in Sustainable Agriculture from the University of the Free State. She has a strong background in agriculture, having worked with organisations like the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) and Land Bank, and has led several projects focused on improving the livelihoods of smallholder farmers. Alina is passionate about food security, agriculture, climate change, policy, charity and leadership. She has recently been recognised as one of the Top 200 Young South Africans driving change. Alina also runs a YouTube channel dedicated to supporting smallholder farmers. In addition, she is a proud member of the University of the Free State Council, contributing to the advancement of higher education and rural development.
