Biography
Cyrille Awatchede Ange Noutchogbe is a graduate student at the Graduate School of Information Technology at Kobe Institute of Computing (KIC), Japan, pursuing a Master's degree in Information Systems with a focus on ICT for Development. He is a recipient of the JICA-ABE Initiative Scholarship and has received recognition including the Kyoto Mayor's Award (2025) and Best Paper Award at ICAKMPET 2026. His research interests include assistive technology, embedded machine learning, and inclusive design for persons with disabilities. Originally from Benin, he has presented his work at international venues including MWC 2024 (Spain) and TICAD 9 2025 (Japan).
