Biography
Abdelrehim Awad is an Associate Professor of Marketing in the Department of Business Administration at the Faculty of Commerce, Al-Azhar University. He is currently on academic leave, serving at the College of Business, University of Bisha, Saudi Arabia. Dr. Awad holds a Ph.D. in Marketing and specializes in areas including digital marketing, customer relationship management, brand equity, and the application of artificial intelligence in business strategies.
With extensive experience in academic research, publishing, and peer review, Dr. Awad has authored and co-authored numerous articles published in Scopus and Web of Science-indexed journals such as Innovative Marketing, Problems and Perspectives in Management, and Banks and Bank Systems. He actively contributes to academic communities as a reviewer and editorial board member, particularly for journals in the marketing and management domains.
In addition to his research contributions, Dr. Awad is engaged in supervising postgraduate theses, coordinating program accreditations, and delivering workshops on business innovation, entrepreneurship, and digital transformation. His current research interests include AI-driven marketing innovation, customer engagement, sustainability in business, and the role of digital tools in enhancing performance
