Mashael is a results-driven Business Development Manager with over 17 years of experience in the education sector. Throughout her career, she has held key leadership roles, managing and empowering teams of more than 60 professionals to achieve organizational goals and drive educational excellence. She brings extensive expertise in curriculum advising, data analysis, capacity building, and professional development for both educators and leaders. Over the years, Mashael has leveraged data-driven insights to design and implement operational plans that enhance institutional performance and learning outcomes.
A seasoned speaker and trainer, Mashael has delivered impactful workshops and represented her field at national and international conferences, contributing thought leadership to the advancement of education.
Currently, she plays an active role in collaborating with investors in the education sector, leading initiatives that foster partnerships with high-performing schools and reputable educational organizations. Her mission is to elevate educational standards and strengthen the overall education ecosystem through strategic investment and innovation.
