Biography

Sudanese Registered Nurse RN- Pediatrics Educator with a PhD in Pediatric Nursing, MSN and BSN working now in the field of nursing education, with nursing research interest. I've the willingness to integrate the sustainable development goals SDGs in the community building and the interest in the field of pediatric and child health, adolescent health, mental health, nutrition, education and research. Quality is one of my concerns in both education and health services.

I can design curriculum of nursing under and post graduate programs, obtain quality requirement and monitor the teaching learning process.

I experience to play the role of a department manager who organize work, manage students and faculty affairs (human resources management) and manage time with team work characteristics.

I've published researches in various aspects of nursing .

I use to conduct work shops and training programs to train nurses and nursing students about gastroenterology nursing endoscopy research ethics
