Biography
An avid agriculture enthusiast with extensive expertise in banana post-harvest processes, I dedicated my career to optimising production and harvesting techniques for small-scale farmers. The work has focused primarily on the Blue Nile Province in Sudan, drawing on years of hands-on experience, I manage to improve the banana cultivation practices, reduce post-harvest losses, and increase overall yield quality. The innovative approaches to storage, handling, and transportation have significantly extended the shelf life of bananas, leading to improved market access and increased profitability. My passion for sustainable agriculture during difficult time and commitment to empowering rural communities continue to drive positive change in the Sudanese agricultural sector.
