Biography

Dian is currently assigned as the Head of Planning and Development Board, Universitas Airlangga. She is responsible for strategic analysis for the purpose of planning and development at the university. Previously, she was the Director of Airlangga Global Engagement, where she was responsible to manage and coordinate internationalization initiatives and activities in Universitas Airlangga.  She is also skilled in qualitative research and analysis, organizational dynamics, theories and behavior, management of change, interorganizational networks, and internationalization. She is an education professional with a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) focused in Management of Change and Strategies, Interorganizational Network, Organization Politics/Power and Organizational Territoriality from the University of York, United Kingdom. Her research interests in SDGs topics mainly relate to SDG 3, SDG 4, SDG5, SDG 12, and also SDG 13.
